Most postcards you will find here are white border postcards (1915-1930) or linen yellow/orange border postcards (1930-1945).
The white border postcards were made from 1915 till 1930, until they were replaced by an improved printing technology, using linen-like paper, with yellow or orange border, that was highly popular from 1930 until 1945.

Although these postcards have been available on numerous websites and in books for a very long time, and you can practically find most of these photographs and postcards from that era on social media such as Instagram and Pinterest, I did my own research to see if any of the publishers of these postcards can still be traced or tracked down.
For research and educational purposes, I added all available information on each card, such as description, source, and if it was mailed, postmark.
